Afanat 40mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine that contains Afatinib as an active ingredient. It is used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in adult patients who have certain mutations of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).

It is a second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor that works by inhibiting the enzyme receptors (EGFR, HER2, and HER4) that are responsible for the growth of cancer cells.
