Return Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Return:

 

· Wrong Items: Returns are allowed if the product(s) do not match your order.

· Expired or Damaged Products: If the product(s) are past expiry or damaged during transit, returns are accepted.

·  Notification: If you receive a broken product, do not accept delivery. If damage is noticed after opening, you may return the product for a refund or, if available, a replacement. We do not guarantee replacements due to product availability. Refunds will be offered if a replacement is not possible.

 

2. Return Conditions:

 

·  Non-Defective Returns: You can return products that are still sealed and not used, but you'll need to pay a 20% fee. You must tell us within 3 days after you get your order.

·  Conditions: Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Products ordered by mistake cannot be returned.

The number on the package of returned items must be the same as the number on your receipt.

We do not accept returns when your doctor changes your prescription.

Items must come back in the same box or package they came in, with all stickers and your receipt.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

 

3. Non-Returnable Products:

 

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Healthcare Devices: Injections, surgical items, health monitors, ortho support.

Medicines: Temperature-sensitive products (Cold Chain Products) and products for which the Patient Assistance Program has been utilized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.

 

4. Return Process:

 

How to Request: To request a return, email us within 3 days of receipt with your order details and reason for the return. You may also need to upload pictures of the received products.

 

Verification and Collection: We will verify the return request within 3 working days. Upon approval, we will initiate the collection of the product(s). Ensure the product(s) are packed in their original packaging.

Refund Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Refund:

 

· Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we will issue a complete refund.

·   Lost or Damaged in Transit: Refunds will be granted if the item(s) are lost or damaged during transit.

·  Expired Items: If the item(s) are past their expiry date upon receipt, a full refund will be issued.

 

2. Refund Process:

 

·  Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking refunds, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

 

·  How to Request: To request a refund, please email us within 3 days of receipt with your order information and reason for the request. You can also submit a request using our website or app. You may be asked to provide photos of the product(s) for verification.

 

·  Verification and Processing: We will verify the request within three business days. If accepted, the refund process will be initiated. In some cases, we may arrange for the product(s) to be collected. Please ensure the product(s) are packed in their original packaging before collection.

Cancellation Policy

 

1.Order Cancellation:

 

Cancellation Window: Orders might be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Cancellation by Globans: We can cancel your order if the product is not available, if there was a mistake with the price, or if there are other problems. We will not be responsible for any issues this may cause.

 

2.Conditions for Cancellation:

 

Non-Consumable Orders: We might cancel orders if you're buying items to sell them again or if you place many orders for the same item going to one address.

Bulk Orders: Large amounts of the same item can be canceled.

Invalid Address: Orders containing false addresses or indications of misconduct may be cancelled.
