Cisplat 10mg Injection (Cisplatin)

Cisplat 10mg Injection is prescribed by doctor to treat advanced cancers including testicular, ovarian, bladder, lung, head/neck, cervical and sometimes sarcomas or lymphomas. Cisplat Injection contains 10mg of cisplatin as its active ingredient.

Cisplatin blocks the replication and transcription, activating DNA damage response pathways and triggering apoptosis. As a result, it kills rapidly dividing cancer cells via mitochondrial disruption, ROS generation and caspase activation.
